1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between n555.asia ("n555", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who registers for, accesses, or uses the services offered on the n555 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, and all related products. By creating an n555 account or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the n555 platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to n555 is strictly limited to persons who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited;
• You have not previously been excluded from the n555 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

n555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately closed and all deposits returned. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of n555, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your real name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n555 login credentials. You must notify n555 support at [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. n555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

Only one account per person is permitted on n555. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on n555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). n555 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. n555 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; however, n555 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. n555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation where fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, n555 may offer bonuses, free bets or promotional credits to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, validity periods and eligible games. n555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome offers — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

6. Betting Rules

n555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets that are placed on clearly erroneous odds — including odds arising from pricing errors — will be void and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. Results of sporting events are determined by n555 based on official results from recognised governing bodies; in case of dispute, n555's determination is final.

n555 does not accept bets placed using automated software, bots or any mechanism designed to circumvent the manual betting process. Any winnings derived from the use of such methods are subject to forfeiture.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n555 platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Pakistani law;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities;
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to deposit on n555;
• Colluding with other Players to influence betting outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.

n555 cooperates with relevant authorities where required and reserves the right to report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

Where a Player requests self-exclusion, n555 will use reasonable efforts to enforce the exclusion across its services. 9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n555 and its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. n555's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the date of the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

n555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of n555. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the platform operator. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
